Login is required for access to Technician and Distributor Support areas. Once logged in, users are automatically logged out after 20 minutes of inactivity. 

The following hints may make your searches more effective:

• Select the brand - Martin, Mach, or Jem - by clicking in the left menu.
• In the Product menus, "All" returns hits for all products listed in the selected menu: "All" does not return hits for products in other menus. "General" returns information that applies broadly to services or a wide range of products.
• To search by category, select "All" in the Product menu. To search by product, select "All" in the Category menu. 
• The Date menu allows you to search for (1) new information and software, (2) only the latest releases regardless of date, and (3) previous releases. 
• Text search allows you to limit hits to items containing that text in the product name, ID, title, or body. The search returns hits in which the text occurs as a whole or part of a word. Searching for "PC", for example, yields hits containing "PCB". 
• To find a Tech Note with a specific number, enter the number in the Text search field. 
• Click Search to run the search query.

Please note the following regarding download files on the Martin Support Site:

• AUF: Firmware for certain products is available for download from the Martin FTP server at ftp://ftp.martin.dk/Martin/AVR/ in AUF format. Once downloaded, AUF firmware may be installed using an AVR Programmer. If left-clicking on a  hyperlink to an AUF file fails to initiate a download, right-click the link and select "Save Target As" to download.
• EXE: EXE downloads are generally self-extracting ZIP files. If there are no other installation instructions, click on the file after downloading to extract the contents. 
• DXF: DXF formatted 2D drawings and symbols are configured for compatibility with AutoCAD 13 and a PC platform. 
• MU3: Certain product firmware is a available for download in MU3 format. MU3 updates are installed with the Martin Software Uploader application and a suitable upload device. The download hyperlink is within the software release note. The Software Uploader provides its own download utility. 
• PDF: Printed documentation is available electronically in PDF format, which requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and read. Though our files are currently configured for Acrobat Reader 3.0, we recommend updating your software if you have trouble opening PDF files.
• ZIP: Some files such as PC applications are bundled and compressed in ZIP format to reduce transfer time. ZIP files must be extracted after download with a utility such as PKZIP or WINZIP.
