Terms:

ESTIMATE:  As a courtesy, we offer estimates upon request. You must respond to our estimate by fax or email within 30 calendar days, otherwise we will return the product unrepaired. You will then be assessed a 85 Euro evaluation fee, plus any applicable return shipping charges. If you choose to not repair the product, you will be charged the 85 Euro evaluation fee, plus any applicable return shipping charges.

NO PROBLEM FOUND:   If we do not find a problem with your product, you will be charged the 85 Euro evaluation fee, plus any applicable return shipping charges.

WARRANTY:   Martin Professional, Inc. reserves the right to accept warranty claims based on the condition of the product. All repairs performed under warranty will be shipped back via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. If faster shipping is required it must be noted on the repair form under shipping requirements. Expedited shipping charges will be assessed as applicable.

PAYMENT:   If your account is prepay, payment must be received within 30 calendar days of our notice that the repair is complete. If payment is not received within 30 calendar days, you will relinquish all rights to the product and it will become the property of Martin Professional, Inc. If your account has terms, we will apply the balance to your account accordingly.
