LC 1140 and 2140 screens accept a video signal with a refresh rate of 50 or 60 Hz only.

If you connect a DVI splitter to your media server and then connect a preview monitor to one of the DVI splitter's outputs and LC screens to other outputs, you may find that the preview monitor displays correctly but the LC screens do not. If this happens, your media server’s graphics card may be sending at a refresh rate that is accepted by your preview monitor but is not accepted by the LC screens. Setting your graphics card to a 50 or 60 Hz refresh rate will in most cases give correct display on both the preview monitor and the LC screens.
