The Philips CDM 150 SA/R lamp is not approved for use in the FiberSource Q 150 or FiberSouce QFX 150. Tests with the CDM 150, which can only be installed if the diffuser is removed, have shown that it melts and/or burns some types of fiber cables. The Osram HQI-R 150, P/N 97010101, is the only lamp approved for these fixtures.
