An optional dimmer is available as an accessory for the MAC 2000 Wash. The optional dimmer is a wheel that replaces color wheel 2. It provides smoother and more subtle dimming than the combined dimmer/shutter blades, particularly at slow speeds, and is intended primarily for theatre and television use.

To operate the optional dimmer, the fixture firmware be updated to version 1.7.0 or later. For addtional information including installation instructions, please refer to the MAC 2000 Wash User Manual, revision F or later.
