The Moody Blues Out Again Under MAC Rig

One of rocks legendary bands, The Moody Blues, toured the US and UK this past spring in support of their 14th studio album, Strange Times. UK based lighting designer Mick Thornton designed a rig that featured MAC 500 and 600 luminaires for the tour.

The Moody Blues have been making music for over 35 years and have consistently performed under a Martin MAC rig. On the UK leg of the latest tour Mick used 18 MAC 500s and 18 MAC 600s supplied by Bandit Lites in the UK and locally supplied in the US. The Moody Blues will be on the road again in October under a Bandit Lites supplied rig.
