Das Cerebrum-Modul ist ein kompakter und dennoch leistungsstarker Touch-Screen-Computer und das Herzstück des MaxModule-Konzepts. Es führt die Beleuchtungssoftware auf Windows XP Embedded aus, die die Maxxyz Compact und M-Series steuert. Das MaxModule Cerebrum kann auch als eigenständige Einheit zur Steuerung in Installationen verwendet werden und fungiert zudem als Backup-System für alle Maxxyz, M-Series, M-PC V3 oder andere Cerebrum-Module.
