A&T Trade helping Russia see the light

Martin’s Russian distributor A&T Trade has been responsible for several high profile lighting installations recently, both in new and recently renovated venues.
Disco Planeta Krasnoyarsk
Located in the city of Krasnoyarsk, in Siberia this huge disco is the largest east of the Ural Mountains. The stage alone is bigger than most dance floors and the lighting rig far outstrips the usual Russian standard.
A&T Trade distributed a wide range of Martin DJ effects, prifile spots and wash lights for Disco Planeta Krasnoyarsk including 4 Centrepieces, 4 MAC 600s, 4 MAC 300s, 2 RoboScan Pro 918 scanners, 24 RoboColor color changers, 14 RoboScan Pro 518 scanners, 4 Acrobats, 8 Punisher X250s and a Jem AF-1 fan. A Martin Windows based LightJockey controller coupled with a Martin 2532direct access panel provides the control solution. Lighting Designer for the project was Dmitry Nikitin from A&T Trade.
Club Bezdna
Designed as a sunken ship lying at the bottom of the sea, the name of this popular Moscow club means ‘abyss.’ Complete with florescent water reflection ceiling for a seafloor feel, A&T Trade was commissioned to create an underwater environment while keeping a stimulating dance floor atmosphere using a range of DJ fixtures.
Lighting designer Dmitry Nikitin used several Martin DJ effects including Centrepieces, 2 SyncroZaps, 4 Destroyers, 2 Acrobats, 2 Punisher X250s and Jem AF-1 fan. A Martin Windows based LightJockey controller coupled with a Martin 2532direct access panel provides the control solution.
Club Corona
Novy Arbat Street In downtown Moscow boasts one of the city’s most prestigious and comfortable nightclubs, Club Corona. Located on Moscow’s "Golden Mile", a street full of casinos and entertainment venues, the Martin lighting fixtures fit in ideally with the gorgeous interior design.
The lighting instillation includes 2 MiniMAC Profiles, 8 MiniMAC Washes, 4 MAC 250 profiles, 2 Acrobats and a Jem TechnoHaze with a LightJockey and 2532 panel as control. Lighting designers Aleks Zeygerman and Dmitry Nikitin chose to install 6 of the MiniMACs in classy, white chassis.
Vinso Grand
Russia’s first MiniMAC installation took place way back in December of 1999 at this Moscow casino, Vinso Grand Casino. It has been followed by many others. The small stage at Vinso Grand Casino is illuminated with 2 MiniMAC Profiles and 3 MiniMAC Washes along with 6 CX-2 color changers. Lighting designer was by Dmitry Nikitin.
Cinema Oktober
This modern dance hall and cinema, situated in downtown Nizhny Novgorod, boasts a number of elegant interior elements including a marble dance floor. Adding to the extraordinary feel of Cinema Oktober are 4 MiniMAC Profiles, 4 MiniMAC Washes, 4 Roboscan Pro 518’s, 2 Acrobat’s, 2 Punisher X250’s and 8 CX-2’s. Lighting designer for Cinema Oktober was also by Dmitry Nikitin.
