American Dance Music Awards

Some of the biggest names in dance music gathered at the Jackie Gleason Theatre in Miami on March 24th for the inaugural American Dance Music Awards, the first ever awards show of its kind in the U.S.
Guests were treated to spectacular performances by some of dance music’s finest including Funky Green Dogs, Kosheen, Masters At Work, Green Velvet and more, all of whom performed under a full Martin MAC rig.
Lighting Designers Jorge Valdez and Michael Sutcliffe incorporated 38 MAC 2000s, 38 MAC 500s, 40 MAC 600s, 33 MAC 300s and 18 MAC 250s into the set design. All lighting was supplied by Paradigm Productions.
Awards were handed out in fifteen categories by a host of presenters among them Lenny Kravitz and Danny Tenaglia. Winners included Paul Oakenfold, Kosheen and FatBoy Slim.
