Long-running German television success “TV-Total” banks on Martin lighting

Entertainer Stefan Raab has landed a long-running success with his late night show “TV-Total” on German TV. His show is one of Germany’s most successful TV programs with viewer ratings of more than 15%.

Professional lighting plays an important part in the show. Martin partner Lightevent of Cologne delivered 34 MAC 500 and 8 MAC 600s to the studio just in time for the start of the series.

The Martin MACs are used to illuminate the band, as well as for backlighting effects on the show stage. The devices fit very well into the ambience and atmosphere at the Cologne “Capitol” and fully meet the requirements of the comedy show, which is broadcast every day on station “Pro Sieben”.
