Up-market restaurant Pacific in Monaco is well-located on Monte Carlo’s famous épingle de la Rascasse, or scorpion’s hairpin. A gathering spot for the beautiful, the rich and the famous, as well as more customary clientele, visit Pacific at the right time and you just might see the Formula One Grand Prix zoom right past the front door.

Pacific sought a dynamic lighting solution to add a distinctive touch to the venue’s restaurant, bar and lounge areas and chose a Martin color changing solution of recessed Alien 05 luminaires and Cyclo Series T5 fluorescent lights. Both provide a simple dynamic lighting solution with 0-100% intensity control to uniformly wash surfaces in colored or white light.

Martin MAC 250 Krypton moving heads and Atomic 3000 strobes allow the bar and lounge to convert to a club after midnight and help energize special themed evenings with names like On the Beach, Tropical Night and The Platinum Party. The installation was handled by company Mixage of Cannes.
