ProShop in Brazil has sold a host of MAC moving heads including 48 MAC 250s, 32 MAC 300s, 16 MAC 500s, and 16 MAC 600s to the popular duo who sing popular heartbreaking ballads.

The band is especially popular with young Brazilian girls and has sold more than 20 million records in Brazil alone, an accomplishment even American counterparts the Backstreet Boys would be proud of!

The deal was completed in April of this year and according to Zeze di Cmargo e Luciano’s manager, Franco Scornavaca, the Martin equipment has proven its worth over the last couple of months. "We decided to buy Martin because the light output was impressive and because it is durable equipment," states Scornavaca. "Installation is very easy and since we do a lot of shows these are important factors. So far we are very happy with the choice."

The impact of this sale is yet to be seen. Carlos da Silva, sole owner of Martin distributor ProShop stated, "We are up against HES which has been in Brazil for many years. It is their second biggest market in the world after the USA. With this sale to Zeze di Camargo y Luciano we have proven that Martin is a professional and reliable supplier.
