- Blackout while moving no longer activated by zoom angle changes

In UTILITY menu:
- When adjusting dimmer in ADJ menu, strobe no longer continues after scrolling past ST F
- Fixture now ignores DMX when in ADJ menu
- CMY calibration ranges in CAL menu reduced to avoid excessive travel
- Zoom speed during test sequence reduced to avoid zoom and focus collision
- Fixture now displays COLD and DMX disabled when ambient temp. below -20° C (-4° F)
- DMX lamp on delayed for first 10 seconds after DMX signal received
- Gobo wheel speed control added to effect speed channel
- On-the-fly feedback removed from zoom and focus
- RGER (rotating gobo error) bugfix.
