Martin USB Tools includes the following applications:

Martin Software Uploader

A utility for managing firmware uploads to Martin fixtures. Martin Software Uploader is compatible with the following Martin hardware and controllers:

• DABS1

• Universal USB DMX

• Martin USB DUO DMX

• All M-Series Modules

• M2GO

• M2PC

Martin MUM (Multi-Utility Manager)

A management and programming application for intelligent lighting products such as the Martin Exterior, Inground, Fibersource and Tripix series. MUM is compatible with the following Martin hardware:

• DABS1

Windows drivers

For the following hardware:

• Martin USB DUO DMX

• Martin Universal USB DMX

• Martin DABS1

• Martin One-Key

Supported operating systems

The Martin USB Tools package supports the following Windows versions (both 32- and 64-bit):

  • Windows 7 (see installation instructions below)
  • Windows 8 (see installation instructions below)

Download and installation

In Windows 7, open the Setup Martin USB Tools x.x.exe file and follow the instructions on the screen to install the package (installation may take a few minutes).

In Windows 8, you must reboot your PC in "Disable driver signature enforcement" mode before installing Martin USB Tools. Follow these instructions:

  1. In the Windows 8 Control Panel, select General => Under Advanced Startup => Restart now
  2. After the reboot, a new Troubleshoot menu should appear. Select Troubleshoot
  3. Select Advanced Options
  4. Select Windows Startup Settings
  5. Select Restart
  6. After the restart, select Disable driver signature enforcement from the list.
  7. Open the Setup Martin USB Tools x.x.exe file and follow the instructions on the screen to install the package (installation may take a few minutes).
